Your life is an unending unfoldment of expression of the Truth of You.

I was standing outside in a group of people waiting for a shop to open. Each person awkwardly uncomfortable in the waiting silence. I smiled and said Hi to as many as I could and still, awkward silence and faces turning away, eyes to the ground. Hmmm, what is it about us that we avert opportunity to connect with others? Persistent as usual, or as some describe me, stubborn, I picked a woman, walked up to her and said, Wow, that is a beautiful plant you have placed in a delicious container! Uh, Oh, here you go. All eyes jerk up to watch and see....... Nervously she makes eye contact and says, Oh Thank you, I started it from seed and wanted to bring it here, I like to have plants around me. BINGO......Now everyone else is definately paying Attention to the conversation. I say, the colors of these delicate flowers unfolding are so beautiful and varied, this is One Plant? Oh, yes, just one plant. Well, I say, truly gorgeous, and the container? You painted the tin? Oh, no, I found it at a  rummage sale. Beautiful find I say. She says yes. I love All the Colors I say. I have been driving around snapping photos of the beautiful fall colors exploding around us. Oh yes, she says, have you been to the ......." " park? The colors there are amazing! Oh, thank you I say, I love to collect leaves and put them in art pieces. OHHH, she says, You are an Artist? I laugh, look around at all the eyes focused on the conversation and back to she and say in laughing joyful lighted face and twinkling eyes, AREN'T WE ALL? And the shop doors open and a brief pause of us all, still in unity and enveloped in connection, contemplating being an Artist, then we each start walking in the open doors, again in silence, yet connected..........


Your creative expression (soul communications) flows into every action of your daily life with or without your awareness,yet, only to the extent that you are allowing. However, when we stuff this natural expression we block ourselves up with the flow of energies and become stagnant, heavy, shut off from our vital life force flow. These energies become trapped in our bodies seeking release our bodies become dense, our life lacking sustenance, operating on default and patterns, less and less connected and are experiences become more and more evidenced of this.

If you love to write, draw, paint, sing, dance, build toothpicks, re-use dryer vent lint, WHATEVER!!! It is absolutely required for your Human Experience. Our lives are a transformational creative process. We can be light and joyful or heavy and defended, but Our Life Will Transform and We Will Be Creating each moment of experiences with or without awareness and vibrancy and participation............
