Feeling Is Pleasurable

Your mind says No to feelings( thereby trapping you in the very loops of your thoughts and  resistance) and attaches to the emotions for energy but your Body says Yes to feelings as they are required to Be Alive!
Harmonize your Body and Mind in service to your spirit, release the conflict of separation and resistance. Are your experiences lodged in your body waiting to be fully experienced and released? Are you living through your mind for everything and wondering why you're tired and not having vitality in your life? GET IN YOUR BODY, relax the thoughts flow. Our fears and pain keep us attached to the THOUGHTS about our experiences gripping our energy and binding them not allowing us to move on or avoiding things we Think will be unpleasurable. An event occurs(we observe), we have an experience (thought,feeling, emotion=chemical response) to the event, when we fully process the event and let it go and open to the next event we do not need to be trapped in repeating the event or continually revisiting the event and re-creating the event and re-living the thoughts of the event . Getting present to life gives the presents of life. Process and release your Thoughts about events and you will be open to New Events, if not, you already Think you know what you will experience so even if the event your facing isn't the same, you will think it is and not have a new experience.

Have you tried to create art from the body rather than the mind? Whatever your favorite media to create and express art,(if you Think you don't have one, start with writing) try creating something from the focus of your mind then try re-creating it from the focus of the body (YES, this can be done) and experience the difference.

We instinctively know our feelings are our bodies way of communicating and often fear this communication and avoid really deeply connecting with our bodies because our minds hog our existence and tell us no, we don't want to feel all that hurt. When we really feel the emotion deeper through to the source of the original feeling not only does it release the emotions faster and fully (so as to not hold us in the hurt or the thought) we gain the information, lesson, understanding turning knowledge into wisdom. Opening us to meet events from a richer perspective. Even if we find ourselves in a similar or re-peat event we will be changed and respond from a different place allowing rather than resisting and appreciate the range of emotions rather than victim to the negative.

Fluidity in harmony with reality,free-flowing,ever expanding and growing.....
