Yawn, Stirring Again

The picture above, well a bit overload, yes? Time to dispurse these so I may start fresh!
I was enjoying the night with the "teens" and we were looking at some amazing sidewalk art, wowza! Seeing my excitement and appreciation, my son felt he needed to remind me that, "Yes, mom, there are a lot of REALLY GOOD artists out there". Well, my first reaction was, ofcourse ! and then as he boar wholes in me with that penetrating stare (don't know where he learned that LOL) I realized it was a double message. WELL, mmmmhh, my first reaction was, yes, who am I kidding, I'm not an artist, not good enough to earn that title in comparision to all the others who are obviously more talented than I. But on second thought I said, "Yes, there definately are very talented individuals,and on the football field , in a competitive game, that may be important, however, in the world of ART! And I returned that boaring stare,hehee. The most talented Artist is inside me not competing with the outside, simply expressing that which is my life as I see it and want it to be seen". A special friend a few years back told me, "You are an Artist". At the time, I said OH NO, not me, I just dabble a little. NOW, I realize, I AM AN ARTIST! And, so are you, and you , and you.......... Your life is your art, unleash YOUR inner artist, EXPRESS your self, Are You Hiding?
