The heart requires integrity, your utmost priority, it balances your physical,mental,emotional,spiritual integrity to align within unity through diversity to the ONE, true Source uniquely expressing.


A wise heart utilizes gentle honesty, yet remains transparent and open concealing nothing. It knows when your voice is being heard but not listened to, it knows the level of hearing that one is speaking to,wasting not words where there are not ears to hear, yet speaking at the level that is receptive, always purely communicating,while mindfully respectful to all levels as appropriate.


The heart print verse the shoe print. If you are to show up in anothers life for a higher ordered expression, it is not the lower ordered job.....Truth with pure intention, heart print, taking it upon yourself to teach a lesson to someone you feel needs it, shoe print. Showing up as the Divine requires through deep heart compassion, integrity of passion(SACRED WOMB) rather than, a personalities exasperation.......

Walking in anthers shoes, leaves heart prints, not shoe prints. Often, I find myself having difficulty providing tough love where it is needed, then I remind myself, I remain committed to showing up, being a clear messenger, the message and deliverance, is not my job, though I am required to give it as I get it, not from me, through me, humility, the gift of unconditional mother love, not about me, about Thee, trusting In Service To The Highest Good. The abilities of the Spiritual Warrior, the Inner Shamaness, two worlds view yet bridging the two, landing the Highest potentials regardless of outcomes. Pure Expressions, not lessons, yet mutually learning and teaching in balanced harmonious flow,naturally.

When your Sacred Womb is clear and aligned with your Heart,you return the trust in the Universe, that the Universe has given to you. Incorporating the Presence and Honoring the Sacred Dance of All Life in all interactions.....
