Head In the Clouds?

AMAZING energy night with a Brazilian Shaman and thirteen ,13 (really?) others...Much was accomplished both individually and group, YEAH!!
We did a tree journey, grounding in our roots,exploring in our trunks and expanding with our branches.
He suggested that I work reverse, grounding in my branches and expanding down in my roots.
Is flying with a higher perspective so bad Eagle?
