We all have an inner Still Point of reset which is as unique as we are.
Invest in exploring different ways to discover what "Does IT" for you. When you can gift yourself with 15 minutes a day to reset yourself; your life will flow with YOU rather than with what is NOT you. You are here to experience You in relation to all that is not you, why would you want to be entangled with all that is NOT you at the cost of the experience that is YOU ?

Ah, great it is to believe the dream as we stand in Youth by the starry stormy stream, but a greater thing is to fight life through and say at the end, the dream is true- Edwin Markham
Your Security and Power: Faith: your foundation, we All deserve to be loved and respected at all times no matter what, the more we honor and respect ourselves and others, the more we learn to honor and respect our wonderful Earth and All creatures on it. Trust: the solid pillars to the structure of your house Hope: a belief in a positive outcome related to events in your life and a feeling that what is wanted can be had or that the best will come out of it Never let your faith be shattered; Faith Trust and Hope will provide you with the security and keep you afloat through anything and provide the ability to continue forward with grace, dignity, and confidence. Receive the blessings in life graciously, give your gifts endlessly..... What is it you want in life? Many of us don't really know. We are good at what we Don't want but really, when it gets to the nuts and bolts of life WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT? Not what you don't have, not what you think you can't have, not if this then...... REALLY WHAT DO YOU WANT? Why don't you have it? How can you get it? What will you risk to have it? Will you allow yourself to REALLY WANT SOMETHING? It is painful to want something and not get it but, is it more painful to NOT want anything?
