 Seems we just started May and with a blink we are on the brink of the middle of the month! Life feels like a tornado whirlwind of endless activity. How are you spending your time and energy? How are you recharging to maintain your vitality and stamina? Do you schedule "down" time to reflect and direct your life? Heart-based living requires you to have just as much contemplation time as inspired action time. Finding balance between nurturing your heart's desires and the daily grind that life requires can feel overwhelming. When you focus on what you value and what really matters to you rather than on what is going on around you or what others are beckoning to you, you will feel a deep inner satisfaction and no pull to endless distractions.

Happy Mother's Day in respect and honor to the Mother Love Spark that is at the Heart and Breath of each cell of Life and the core of each and every living expression What rituals do you do daily in order to "put your face" out there? Not that I would like to discuss your personal hygiene habits and choices but you have them right?
We all do. You brush your teeth, wash your hands and face, brush your hair, etc...How are you caring for your energy that you share? You see others see your smile with bright shiney teeth but they also feel your energy, whether either of you acknowledge or think of it with conscious awareness, your body reads it's environment with it's senses and interprets it's findings whether your conscious mind communicates these awareness with you; You respond to other's energy and Others respond to YOUR Energy. Find ways to incorporate energy rituals in your daily life so that you share a shiny aura as well! Just as fresh breath brings you kisses, fresh radiant energy will bring Bright Experiences!  Ever so faintly I hear a gargled mumble. I ignore and on word explore. A distinct Scream makes it seem as if there is someone there wishing to share- WILL YOU LISTEN TO ME? I HOLD THE KEY TO YOUR DESTINY, LIBERATION,DO YOU WISH TO BE FREE? Rattled and alert, I look around quickly with a head jerk, this way and that, where are you at? Breathing hardened and accelerated pace, I continue searching for a face. Adrenalin pumping as if I am running a race my body responds. There is Silence. Frozen in time and space at attention I wait. And wait, wait, wait. Slightly I hear the creaking of a metal gate moving, opening, or closing? I close my eyes, my body sighs, I crumble to the ground in surrender. My eyes pop open as if pulled by a string,my body is trembling.How long have I been gone? Where have I been?Where am I now? I pull myself up to try and sit, touching the ground to test if it is solid or vapor. Much to my surprise, I have not disappeared and met my demise,yet, I do not realize the magnified state in which I have arrived. For hours I sit, quiet and humble. There is no split , no rolling rumble from which we all tumble. The great shift is embodied one at a time according to divine orchestration, each to unfold as they are told, the New Earth to behold is already sold awaiting the bold to embody. Trashy Art
You have heard of the old saying "One man's trash is another man's treasure" ? Well, some of the members of F.I.R.E. Arts Studio and Gallery decided to make a collaborative piece to submit to the upcoming "Rejuvenate" show. With the theme of Rejuvenation on mind they decided they would like to use "affordable" supplies and get creative to bring them back to life and created a piece called Bee Centered In The Circle Of Life. Our lives follow the cycles and rhythms just as in Nature and we agreed that being centered as we grow through the phases in this natural circle allows for all of life to be rejuvenated in the process. We discussed the tree of life, hence the idea of the Bee of Life and they symbolic connection of each that represents the stages of growth in life. With the honeycomb base it was only natural to follow bees and insects life stages. We started with A Pile Of Trash- waste, death, Free Supplies waiting new life: Rejuvenation: We then took stock of what items we had, grabbed a piece of paper and each member drew their vision of what could be created. Each member then "presented" their visions and drawing explaining what they felt would be the direction of the piece. An overall combination of each member's created vision was then combined to create an agreed on Piece of Art. The next step was preparing the items to be used and deciding how to put the structure base foundation together. From there the next several hours were spent creating the add ons to complete the piece And there you have a collaborative project of Trashy Art. We hope this inspires you to consider that the elements of Art (natural,educational,community,creativity,expressive,fun,reflective the our multi-dimensional lives ever available) doesn't have to be expensive to be beautiful! Create and Rejuvenate Hope to see you at the reception!  Seems just yesterday, I held a 7lb bundle of love in my arms and today He holds a bundle of Love in his arms. I couldn't be more proud or humbled at such beauty! Teach our children to Love and Be Loved and Love will keep giving...... The artist in me Says YES!!
